By joining our tours, you automatically support our efforts to enhance the conditions of the places and people we visit, within our Corporate Social Responsibility programme “Gear Up”. Actively developing activities in a variety of fields related to social change, aiming at the enhancement of intercultural understanding, social inclusion and sustainable growth, such as:

Community engagement
Accompanying EU smart, sustainable andinclusive growth strategy
Addressing the needs of communities by implementing a collaborative and organic social change approach, which aim at tackling organizational change at all levels, considering individual development and equal opportunities, enabling organisations to engage their employees and communities to empower their citizens more effectively, at a deeper level.
Providing: research-based project programming, direct-service project programming, Local Active Groups (LAG) development, advocacy and campaigning and fund raising expertise, technical support, non formal and informal learning paths, to name but a few.


Readdressing employment

Actively working and networking with practitioners, policy-makers and curriculum researchers to create innovative strategies for lifelong learning programmes development aiming to generate long-term and sustainable employment, readdressing education through inclusive and work-based training.

Fostering social entrepreneurship through the development of youth networks and active citizen’s societies, with a shared passion for solving environmental and social issues, aiming at generating a sustainable employment growth.

Implementing and developing the Gender Operational and Leadership Framework (GOLF), which compile guidelines and recommendations, and works towards achieving gender balance in all activities. Gender equality is a transversal and transnational matter to be addressed systematically with and inclusive and efficient approach to raise awareness and to change mindsets (prejudice and stereotypes).

With strong past and current projects, taking stock from institutional measures, policies and recommendations for gender equality, Waterpolis is developing persistent support to the improvement of its activities, aiming at achieving relevant and workable gender equality outcomes. The development of the programme, which is operated within the consortium of founders of Horizon Europa Partners SCE, provides an added value to all our activities.
